We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

All of our orders are received by and delivered out of our warehouse within 48 hours. Shipping usually takes about 2-7 business days to deliver from the time it leaves our facility. **Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers may be experiencing delays.

Simply pull the false eyelash off and away from the eyelid. There will be no pulling of your natural eyelashes, but your Flutlash lashes will be removed :) If you notice clumps from the eyeliner or mascara on the magnets, gently scratch it off with your nail on each of the magnets. To clean the liner off your eyelid use waterproof makeup remover, micellar water, or coconut oil.

The Flutlash Eyeliner ingredients are all commonly found in makeup and skincare products & are cruelty free. The added ingredient that makes the eyeliner work is iron oxide. However, for the health and safety of our customers, we do not recommend any eye products to anyone with pre-existing eye conditions.*We strongly suggest that you try our products on a small patch of skin (other than the intended location), to test for any allergic reactions first. We also urge everyone to review our product ingredients first to avoid sensitivities.

Yes, we recommend you apply mascara then curl with eyelash curler before applying Flutlash lashes so your natural eyelashes are more blended in with the lashes! We don’t recommend putting mascara directly on the mink lashes as it will distort the shape and form of the lash and shorten the lifespan of the lash.

Yes, all our products have been tested for safety. Our eyeliner has the same types of ingredients you might see in other liners or mascara. What makes our liner magnetic is our iron oxide ingredient. There are no heavy metals or parabens in our formula. Iron oxide is a cosmetic ingredient commonly used for pigment and is rated as non-toxic according to EWG’s skin deep profile. Of course, as with any eye cosmetic products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, consult your doctor. For a break down of all our ingredients, please visit our FAQ section.

We offer an array of lash styles with varying thickness and length. There are 6 small magnets on each of them capable of being cut down to fit any eye shape and size. Make sure no raw edges are at the edge of the lash after cutting.

Apply an even coat of eyeliner, the same thickness as the magnets and make sure it's 80% dried before magnetizing lashes for optimal hold! If reusing lashes, you may have remnants of mascara or eyeliner stuck onto the tiny magnets. If you notice this, you can scratch it off with your nail or use makeup remover on a q-tip or a makeup wipe and gently wipe it off.

Our magnetic lashes are mink or faux mink lash style which is made from high quality synthetic fibers. Our brush is made from plastic fiber.

When applied correctly, the Reusable Press-On Nails can stay on for up to 2 weeks. This is however subjective based on your lifestyle and application method and can vary person to person.

Applying these nails is so simple and only takes a couple of minutes!

Remove any previously applied nail polish. Wash and dry hands.

Push back cuticles using the cuticle stick and sanitize nails with alcohol pads. 

Size Flutlash nails by placing on finger and select sizes best suited for your natural nails. 

Apply an even layer of glue to natural nails and the back of Flutlash nails.

Align Flutlash nails with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle. Press down firmly and hold for 10-20 seconds.

Apply all 10 nails and if needed, file or clip to achieve desired shape.

The Flutlash Press-On Nails are just as easy to remove as they are to apply! Just make sure to perform these steps gently.

Soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes or until glue loosens.

Gently peel Flutlash nails starting from the side. Do not force removal, re-soak nails if required.

Remove any excess glue using a buffer and moisturize hands after.

To reapply, repeat the same process as regular application.

No need to panic babe! You probably applied too much glue while sticking them on or did not soak them enough before peeling them. No matter what the case, DO NOT FORCE REMOVAL since that can cause damage to your natural nail. Try re-soaking your nails in warm water for slightly longer and then peeling gently from the sides. If that does not work, we recommend that you keep the nails on for a few more days and give the glue a chance to loosen naturally.

Girl, you can do anything with these nails on, including conquering the world! Our nail glue is extremely strong and will ensure that your nails stay on through any and all daily activities you partake.

Yes, you can apply nail polish on top of the Flutlash Reusable Press-On Nails

Sometimes, natural oils from your skin can cause the glue to loosen up. However, this can be fixed easily! To ensure that the press-on nails stay on for as long as possible, make sure to properly buff your nail bed until no part is left shiny. Then, wipe your nail with alcohol pad and avoid touching your nails with your fingers after that. Immediately apply the press-on nails to achieve an instant, long-lasting manicure.

For more security, hold down each nail with your thumb after you have stuck it. Be sure to cover the entire surface area of your nail while performing this step. This is important since it will help avoid air bubbles that make the hold inconsistent.

We at Flutlash understand that one size does not always fit all. That is why we included 24 nails in this kit in an assortment of 12 sizes. While we are positive that you will be able to find your perfect size in the kit, on rare occasions one might need to customize. It's really simple! Use the nail file provided in the kit to file down the sides to fit your nail bed perfectly.
